I'm just feeling the tiniest bit jealous that the rest of the country is having a massive blizzard. And today was around 65 degrees here. It was refreshingly nice. But I do love snow (the below picture was taken last year around this time).
My face blushed a ridiculous shade of red. My hands were sweaty and cold and shaking like crazy. I talked mostly to my sewing machine and the floor instead of making eye contact with the audience. But I got through it.
And then, like a goober, I rushed out of there when class was over and forgot to get my grade from the teacher.

P.S. Don't forget to enter the book/DVD giveaway here.
Until next time,

I wish we had snow here as well.
ReplyDeleteI love Snow from White Christmas! That movie has the best songs...
I feel exactly the same way when I have to get up in front of lots of people. Gosh even during the 'mingling' time at church my hands get all sweaty. ha! Glad you got through it though, and at least your speech was on something fun! =)
ReplyDeleteOh congrats on getting through your speech!!!
ReplyDeleteI am a bit jealous of no snow in my area too. Sadly yesterday it was 55 and it POURED rain. Today it's freezing but it was too warm and the precip came too early. *sigh*
Well I would be more then happy to switch weather with you right now. . . And I did the same thing when I had to do my demonstration speech in class except my was even worse because I was showing them how to make an ice cream treat. I feel for you.
ReplyDeleteI have about 3 feet of snow. You're lucky
