Sweet little cozies...

I am almost finished! One online sociology test to take this weekend, and then I'm finished with this semester. Thank goodness! And I'm pretty sure I made all A's. =) I've had some free time today to be crafty. So these are my newest creations:

They are iPod/cell phone cozies. They're made entirely out of felt and embroidery thread, which is awesome because it's so easy to work with and very portable (in other words, you can make them while you're doing something else. For example, watching the second movie in the "Love Comes Softly" saga, because that Willie is so darn cute!). It's basically four pieces of felt, a design on the front, two pieces of felt for the little tab, a metal snap, and a lot of blanket stitches (which today was my first time doing!). The pink one was my first go, and I love how even the stitches turned out. The second one, the dark purple one, is surprisingly a little more sloppy. I don't know what happened about halfway down on each side.

The insides. I got the basic idea from Etsy, but figured out things on my own. I might possibly post a tutorial soon, because these things are really easy and fun to make!
