You know what I'm doing, right? I'm wasting time in order to avoid fixing the zipper on my dress. I think this is the first time I've avoided my sewing machine since I got it back in October or November, and I feel surprisingly guilty. It's sitting in the kitchen floor neglected, reminding me to use it every time I walk past. I've been reading a lot of blogs, even though I know that I need to go fix that zipper. I spent the morning visiting with my grandparents and reading "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince." I've got to read it before the movie comes out next week! I can't believe less than a week until it's released. I'm really excited. My family sort of has a tradition of going to see the Harry Potter and Narnia (which I get even more excited about) movies pretty soon after they're released. It's about the only time we ever go to the movie theater, LOL. There's just not much out there anymore, which is why I mostly stick with classic movies. Anyway, besides reading HBP, I've been rewatching the movies. I've seen the first two movies so many times that I skipped them (plus they're on VHS and it's a pain to switch out on the TV). Last night I watched "The Prisoner of Azkaban," and I guess tonight it'll be "The Goblet of Fire," if I'm not sewing too late. Which I will be, if I don't get offline right now and turn on my sewing machine.

I took these when we were at the farm showing my grandparents how much the animals (especially the babies) have changed since the last time they saw them. My grandpa said, "What are you doing? Taking pictures of the grass?" =)
Until next time,
Kristin (missvintagegirl)
